Shipping & Returns


 Domestic Orders

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post at a standard postage cost. There are options for registered and express post, simply choose your preferred post method at checkout. However, we do offer free registered post shipping on domestic Australian orders of $200 or more.

International Orders

We use standard international post or registered international post via Australia post for international orders but reserve the right to use another service based on any extenuating circumstances. You can choose your preferred post method at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate split shipping/back ordering at this stage. 


1. If you wish to cancel your order:
  1. you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;
  2. or
  3. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.
2. You can return goods you have ordered from us if the goods are faulty or damaged within 7 days of receipt for  a full refund or exchange provided the products are still in their orginal packages. Please email us to request a refund or exchange with your name, contact details and the reason why you are requesting a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to  accept or decline your request of refund or exchange and the right to charge  the costs of returning goods to us. Please choose your products carefully before you make the order as we do not offer a refund simply because you have changed your mind. However,  we may offer an exchange credit or an exchange product. In this instance, the cost of returning goods to us and sending the exchange product to you are borne by you.

3. Upon receipt of the goods and approval of your request for exchange or refund,  we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit or product in accordance with clause 2.

4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
  1. in the event that the product has been used and its not in its orignal package or.
  2. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
